Dontnod Entertainment are giving their award-winning episodic title Life Is Strange a limited edition physical release in January 2016. It’ll arrive in the US on January 19 and in PAL territories January 22nd. You can check out the original launch trailer for the game down below:

The limited edition physical release will also include director’s commentary, a physical 32 page art book and a 22-track soundtrack of the game’s licensed music and original compositions. The soundtrack of Life Is Strange is fantastic – it’s worth checking it out for that alone.

Life Is Strange

“Life Is Strange follows the story of Max Caulfield, a photography senior who discovers she can rewind time while saving her best friend Chloe Price. The pair soon finds themselves investigating the mysterious disappearance of fellow student Rachel Amber, uncovering a dark side to life in Arcadia Bay. Meanwhile, Max must quickly learn that changing the past can sometimes lead to a devastating future.”

If you’ve been holding off purchasing Life Is Strange it’ll be worth checking it out with the physical release – it’s one of my favourite titles released this year. If you don’t want to wait for the physical release, it’s available digitally right now on Playstation 4, Xbox One and PC.
