If you were fortunate enough to be a part of the Overwatch closed beta that took place last year you’re in for a treat – it’ll be returning for another round of testing on February 9th.
Blizzard have made improvements to the game since the last beta, including:
– An all-new progression system
– Two new maps, including a new game mode
– Several hero balance updates
– And a variety of Private Game updates, including full AI matches
The extra maps will be a neat addition for those who want to see a little something new, though I’m sure most gamers will just be happy to get their hands on the game again. Blizzard have confirmed that if you had access to the closed beta previously then you’ll be able to play through this phase of testing too.
“The Overwatch Closed Beta will be coming online in the Americas and Europe gameplay regions on February 9, and will be launching in the Asia gameplay region on February 16. To learn more about which parts of the world are associated with each of our gameplay regions, click here.”
Overwatch is coming to Playstation 4, Xbox One and PC in Spring 2016. You can find out more on the official website through this link.
