Check out the video game trailers that stood out for us on March 20th 2018 with Trailer Watch – featuring Assassin’s Creed Rogue Remastered, Dragon Ball FighterZ, Far Cry 5 and more!

Assassin’s Creed Rogue Remastered | Launch Trailer

Platform(s): PlayStation 4, Xbox One
Release Date: Out Now

Assassin’s Creed Rogue had a bit of an odd release initially given that it came exclusively to last gen consoles after the Xbox One and PlayStation 4 had come out, but Ubisoft have finally released the game on current gen consoles too. It’s a few years old now, but with all the bells-and-whistles of a remastered release (including 4k visuals on the PlayStation 4 Pro and Xbox One X), it’s definitely worth checking out if you’re a fan of the series.

Dragon Ball FighterZ | ‘Bardock’ Trailer

Platform(s): PlayStation 4, Xbox One, PC
Release Date: Out Now

Dragon Ball FighterZ latest character additions Bardock and Broly are dropping very soon, with Bandai Namco revealing they’ll be available to purchase on March 28th. A new trailer has been released showing off Bardock’s fighting skills too, as well as the reveal of a new ‘Commentary Voice Pack’ DLC that’ll see Chichi, Videl and Android 18 commentating over each epic battle.

Far Cry 5 | ‘Play it like Boomer’ Trailer

Platform(s): PlayStation 4, Xbox One, PC
Release Date: 27/03/2018

Ubisoft make some weird trailers for their games – they’re undoubtedly brilliant, but yeah, they’re weird. The latest is for Far Cry 5, which advertises the game’s canine companion by showing the real life ordeal between a gamer and his neglected pet dog. It features a squeaky toy AR-C too, which can only be a good thing, right? It’s a heart-warming trailer (seriously) that’s definitely worth checking out.

Grand Theft Auto Online | ‘Southern San Andreas Super Sport Series’ Trailer

Platform(s): PlayStation 4, PlayStation 3, Xbox One, Xbox 360, PC
Release Date: Out Now

Starting today, Grand Theft Auto Online is getting a ton of new racing content including new cars and racing modes with the new ‘Southern San Andreas Super Sport Series’ content. You know what’s best of all though? The ‘Hotring Circuit’ races that were so great in Grand Theft Auto: Vice City are available now too. Looks like my Grand Theft Auto Online addiction is about to kick in again…

Grip | Announcement Trailer

Platform(s): PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, PC
Release Date: 2018

I love a good action-packed arcade racing experience, and it looks like the newly announced Grip is going to deliver that. It also just so happens to be inspired by the 90s racer Rollcage, which I spent a ton of hours with when I was younger – definitely one to keep an eye out for later this year.

A.O.T. 2 | Launch Trailer

Platform(s): PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, PC
Release Date: Out Now

I know nothing about Attack on Titan, but there’s no denying that the new game looks ridiculously cool. It’s out now on all major consoles and PC too, so there’s no excuse not to check it out. A.O.T. 2 has plenty of new gameplay improvements from the last game, whilst additional online modes will ensure you’ll be left playing it with friends for a long time…

Octahedron | Launch Trailer

Platform(s): PlayStation 4, Xbox One, PC
Release Date: Out Now

The weirdly vibrant action-platformer Octahedron releases today, marking another successful launch of a game that’s part of the Square Enix Collective. We’ve actually just reviewed the game today too, which you can check out through this link.

Titan Quest | Console Launch Trailer

Platform(s): PlayStation 4, Xbox One
Release Date: Out Now

Ever wanted to take on mythical beasts in ARPG battles, but found yourself restricted on console? Well cry no more – the much-loved Titan Quest has finally made its way to console, bringing an end to the almost twelve years’ worth of envy we’ve felt towards PC gamers. Hurray! In all seriousness though, it’s a good little game that’s certainly worth checking out.

Fallen Legion: Rise to Glory | ‘Flames of Rebellion (Nintendo Switch)’ Trailer

Platform(s): Nintendo Switch
Release Date: 29/05/2018

NIS America’s action RPG Fallen Legion: Rise to Glory is coming to Nintendo Switch this May, so why not check out the game’s new trailer to see if the fast-paced strategic action is for you? The game looks like it’s going to pretty epic, and with plenty of additional content you’ll be hooked to it for weeks. It’s certainly a title to keep an eye on this May…

Note:
Some of these trailers might have been released at an earlier date, but only caught our attention today. If we haven’t covered them in the past and we like ’em though, they’ll feature here.
